Work-Fitness Attestation
Prove that staff meet the required health checks, training, and qualifications without exposing personal health data, so assignment and audit can verify without seeing the contents — applicable not only to food and retail but to special training and medicals in manufacturing and critical infrastructure.
🔔 Plan · Lemma Compliance →For work-fitness teams
Show that a worker is fit for duty without exposing stool-test results or medical data — eliminating the storage-and-leakage liability for special-category data.
-
Hygiene managers in food/retail; safety and special-training leads in manufacturing/infra
-
Teams verifying work-fitness across many staff or contractors
-
Teams wanting an evidence trail for medicals/training without holding health data
Hand over the source, or just the facts?
Change what reaches the AI, and the leakage risk goes with it.

Staff present only a proof that they "meet the required health checks, training, and qualifications (work-fitness)." The contents of medicals and attendance aren't disclosed. From issuer-signed attributes (medical, training, certification bodies), only fitness satisfaction is shown. Assignment and audit verify without contents, and expiry is trackable.
(Lawful handling of special-category health data — consent, retention — is assumed; designed with legal.)
Choose on three criteria.
Only work that needs all three at once — pass without exposing, independent verification, tamper-proof — is Lemma's domain.

What's next
We enter through AI-adoption and data-governance support and a PoC, and stay alongside you through to operations.
- A 30-minute review — identify fitness checks where special-category-data storage / expiry management concentrates.
- Narrow to 1–2 decisions to prove — e.g. "stool-test negative valid," "special training completed." Not the medical contents.
- Design issuers, consent, and revocation — connection to medical/training/certification issuers; consent, retention, expiry (with legal).
- Prove one path via a (quote-based) PoC.
- Hands-on support from rollout through operations — existing plan tiers (Civic / Critical / Compliance) serve only as a cost reference; setup and pricing are designed together.
Tell us the one work-fitness check with the heaviest special-category-data storage, in the first 30 minutes. No disclosure of sensitive data required.
